Reload-stage identification
The reload-stage extent ends at slot 32 / 264 bytes and requires
ReloadStageIdentification.
Independent stage flags cover Rest, Fire, SlideBack, SlideForward, MagazineIn, MagazineOut, BoltForward and BoltBack. Multiple flags may coexist.
The aggregate state reports weapon/catalog/snapshot identity, fire correlation, part counts, in/out/back/forward counts, active/correlated animation activity, tolerances and maximum observed translation/rotation/scale deltas.
Fire correlation distinguishes event-only, pending activity and activity-bound evidence. Do not interpret every Fire bit as identical confidence.
Per-part records preserve baseline/current weapon-local transforms, exact
deltas, node/evidence/body identity and role flags. Copy them with the aggregate
state's snapshotSequence when explaining or debugging a semantic stage.
